You can’t stand still while there is outer space!
After the meeting with the Deputy Minister and representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, we have good news – now we are more and more, because we, the Institute of Space Research, are involved in practical cooperation with the Ministry, NAAS Land Institute and the Department of Mathematical Modeling and Data Analysis Institute of Physics and Technology NTUU «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute». We have already discussed specific plans for the development of a platform for cooperation with farmers and digitalization of the agricultural sector and are ready to act!
Our task is to implement elements of machine learning and intellectual analysis of satellite and geospatial data. This is a great opportunity for students to improve their knowledge, so we plan to involve everyone who cares about the tasks related to pattern recognition, computer vision and the creation of digital duplicates of objects and subjects of the agricultural sector.
