On January 15, 2020, a workshop on the World Wide Human Geography Data Working Group “Mapping the Future of Agriculture” was held in Reston, United States. Professor, Ph.D. Natalia Kussul presented the results of the projects GEOEssential, GEO-Amazon та WorldBank “The human dimension of international crop monitoring”. The workshop is organized together USGS and USDA. Machine learning models were discussed, in particular those developed by the Space Research Institute of NASU and SSAU and EOS for operational monitoring of crops and sustainable development goals.
